This view shows a closeup of the wiring going in at the location of Topton. This location will have an interlocking plant, industries, the beginning of the branch to the upper level, and a helper pocket. At the top are some Tortoise machines, with their leads still unconnected. Next are parallel sub DCC busses to feed the tracks in the area. Against the “L” girder are (top to bottom): two twisted main track DCC busses, a twisted switch machine DCC buss, the future signal system bus, a scenery 12V buss, and in the armored cable, 120V AC for convenience outlets on the layout.
